Ⅱ. Application field
1. Chloroether resin emulsion is used in water-based anticorrosive coating system, which can be combined with phenylacrylic or pure acrylic emulsion to reduce the film forming temperature and improve the toughness of the film. In addition, if used alone, plasticizers such as epoxy soybean oil and chlorinated paraffins can be added. Chlorine ether resin emulsion has been added with automatic anti-flash rust agent, and can increase the adhesion to the surface of steel, more convenient and efficient use.
2. Used as exterior wall coating, it can be combined with styrene acrylic or pure acrylic emulsion to provide excellent water resistance and aging resistance.
Ⅲ. Transportation and packaging
Chloride ether resin emulsion should be stored in a ventilated dry room, not dangerous goods, storage and transportation in 5 ~ 35℃, storage period of 1 year, with 160kg or 50kg plastic packaging. Before use, it is necessary to stir evenly. If the container is placed for too long, precipitation will be generated at the bottom of the container. After stirring evenly, the effect will not be affected.
